Cow Care range

The cow care range is designed for the cow that needs a high quality, fully balanced ration to enable her to produce high milk yields with good composition while also looking after body condition.

Because these rations contain a hi-spec mineral they also look after fertility and general cow health.

These rations are based on high levels of both starch and pulp, so are suitable for feeding at high levels where silage or grass is scarce or of poor quality.

We have also included Megalac in some of these rations to provide a supply of protected amino acids.

Proteins range from 16 - 21%, with high energy levels and hi-spec mineral packages. 

The rations with proteins from 18 - 21% contain products called ‘vitalpro' and ‘cuprotect'.  Vitalpro is included in the ration to allow the digestive system to maximise the amount of protein that can be obtained from the protein fed to the cow.
