Super beef

A nut designed for feeding to finishing cattle.  High in energy with protein at 15%.  This ration is ideal for feeding to continental animals where high live weight gains and kill outs are expected.  It contains up to 40% cereals (Maize, wheat and barley).  It also contains a high level of pulps to help prevent digestive upsets where high levels are being fed.  We have included a yeast product to help in optimising rumen microbial activity.

 

Prime Beef

A general purpose beef ration for feeding to weanlings and stores. It is also suited to replacement heifers, dry cows and sucklers, or any type of cattle that need an energy boost or where forage is scarce. Wheat, barley and citrus included as energy sources, giving a balanced supply to rumen bacteria and therefore ensuring optimal rumen output.

 

Cereal Bull Nuts

Suitable for finishing beef cattle, creep feeding to weanlings or feeding to store cattle to ‘stretch' silage. High levels of barley included so care must be taken when feeding at high levels. Citrus pulp also included providing a balanced rate of starch fermentation in the rumen.

 

Maize Finisher Cube

Suitable for feeding to finishing beef cattle, creep feeding to weanlings, or to store cattle where a high level of performance is expected. It contains high levels of cereals so care should be taken where feeding levels are high and silage quality is questionable.

 

Beef Builder

A ration designed to be fed to store cattle. It is also suitable for suckler cows, dry cows or replacement heifers. Barley and citrus included as energy sources. Protein is 16%

 

Pedigree Bull Nuts

A high performance ration specifically designed for pedigree bulls. This ration is consistent, palatable and will minimise digestive upsets at high feeding levels. Included in this ration is Protected Protein, soyabean and linseed, and the combination of oils enhance coat development and texture, ensuring that bulls look their best in the show ring or sales ring. Mineral supplement includes B vitamins for health and vitality, and Zinc and biotin to prevent foot problems in bulls prone to soft feet. Yeast included to improve rumen efficiency and digestion.
